Dustin Horne
Dustin has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of estate planning law. Dustin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and a J.D. from California Western School of Law. In addition to being a practicing estate planning attorney, Mr. Horne is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the State of Arizona.
Mr. Horne is actively involved in charitable organizations, especially those dealing with autistic children.

Skyler Horne
Skyler is currently a 4th year medical student at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Skyler completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences as well as a minor in Japanese.
Skyler is actively involved in several charitable organizations and has especially enjoyed spending his time giving back to those in the community who are underserved. Some of his favorite organizations he has been a part of are Surfing with Nixon, the Boys and Girls Club and Arizona Osteopathic Charities.
As Easton’s older brother and a co-founder of the Team Easton Foundation, Skyler is dedicated to serving children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Justin Capello
Justin has worked in the behavioral and mental health field for the past 12 years. He is native to Arizona and works directly with children and families within his community as a Registered Behavior Technician. Justin has been involved with Celebrity Fight Night, The Gentry Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona to help raise money for their respective causes.

Brian Evans
Brian has over 26 years’ experience in real estate and financial advisory services as well as investment and portfolio management. Brian has founded several successful real estate and distressed debt investing businesses. Brian is also a member of several corporate advisory boards and is a founding member of The Coach Jesse Parker Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit focused on rewarding excellent teachers and AZM2M Foundation, a nonprofit focused on supporting orphanages and building houses for the less fortunate in Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University Honors College.

Matt Dillon
Matthew has been working in the field of ABA since 2014 and started his career working with adults. In 2017, he started working with young children on the autism spectrum with complex behaviors and absolutely fell in love! In May of 2018, he received his RBT certification and ever since then has enjoyed making a positive impact in the lives of these wonderful children and their families. He has his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is moving towards getting his Master’s Degree in ABA and becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
